- Shipment processing times
1.1 All orders are processed based on product type and size. The delivery duration of each product shall be stipulated on its description or at the point of checkout. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
1.2 If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, We will contact you via email or telephone.
- Shipping rates & delivery estimates
2.1 Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
2.2 Options for shipping method shall be available at checkout and customer shall choose the applicable shipping method which includes information relating to the carrier, delivery time and rate (if any) displayed.

5.1 VINCITORI BV is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipment. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
